The next phase of Marvel movies and shows is already epic, but it’s going to continue getting bigger and better!

We’ve been tuning in weekly to watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier recently. And, we’re just waiting for Black Widow to make its way onto Disney+ and theaters this summer. BUT, now we have news about yet another Marvel project in the works!
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe will be playing a small, mystery role in Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder. This past weekend, the actor was on the set of Taika Waititi‘s upcoming film with the rest of the cast as production moved forward in Australia.

Russell Crowe’s appearance could be one of the humorous cameos that we saw during Thor: Ragnarok. Featured roles included Matt Damon as Loki, Chris Hemsworth’s older brother Luke Hemsworth as Thor, and Sam Neill as Odin during the play that took place on Asgard in the film.

Thor: Love and Thunder will have a bit of a twist as Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor and prepares to pass off the “Thor” title to Jane Foster, played by Natalie Portman. Other characters, including Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie and Chris Pratt as Star-Lord (as well as the other Guardians of the Galaxy), will be returning to the MCU. Plus, Christian Bale will be making his debut as the villain Gorr the God Butcher during the upcoming sequel.

Thor: Love and Thunder will debut on February 11th, 2022. And, we can’t WAIT to see it! In the meantime, you can stay tuned with All Ears for the latest Marvel entertainment and news that you need to know about!
