Disney has a wide variety of entertainment options for nearly every taste!
They have tons of family-friendly shows and movies on Disney+, plenty of more mature content on Hulu, and all kinds of things for sports fans on ESPN+. Besides that, the company also owns the television network ABC, which brings a host of popular shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. And if that’s the type of Disney content you’re interested in, then you’ll be happy to know that there has been a big casting announcement!
Monday night on the After the Final Rose special, it was announced that two contestants from this season of The Bachelor are going to be the next Bachelorettes. Contestants Katie Thurston and Michelle Young will lead the 17th and 18th seasons of the show.
It’s an unprecedented move to announce two leads at once, and it’s also unusual to have two seasons of The Bachelorette in one year, as the 17th and 18th seasons will air in the summer and fall of 2021. Production is already underway for Thurston’s season.
