Due to the ongoing health crisis, Disney Cruise Line has canceled a lot of its cruises over the past year.
Last month, more cancelations were announced through April 2021 and Disney recently extended the dates by which guests can use their future cruise credit. Now, just one day after the extension, Disney Cruise Line has announced more cancelations.
According to the Disney Cruise Line website, all sailings departing through May 2021 have been canceled. Plus, all sailings on the Disney Magic (which travels to Europe) have been canceled through August 10th, 2021.
Disney Cruise Line has made this decision as they await further guidance from the CDC and anticipate international borders to remain closed through the summer.
They are also working to alter their sailings on the Disney Wonder after Canada extended their cruise ship ban through 2022. The Disney Wonder must dock in Canada on its way to Alaska, so the ban has an impact on the ability to sail.
The cancelation of sailings longer than 7-nights also remains in effect. Guests whose travel plans have been impacted by the cancelations will be able to choose between a full refund or a future sailing credit that can be used through September 2022.
