Valentine’s Day is almost here, and we’re celebrating all things romantic and heart-shaped!

But we’re also celebrating all things Disney with Valentine’s Day Minnie ears, plushes, clothing, and food!
But one of our favorite Valentine’s Day things is candy, especially conversation hearts. But what if you could have a Mickey-shaped Valentine conversation cookie instead? Well, you can — and Disney just released the recipe for Mickey Valentine Cookies.

- Cover and chill dough for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Roll dough on floured surface until it’s around 1/4-1/2″ thick. Use Mickey cookie cutter to cut shapes out of dough. Place cookies 1″ apart on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes in oven. Let cool completely.
- To make icing, beat confectioners’ sugar and egg whites together for five minutes, or until mixture is thick enough to hold its shape.
- Divide icing into separate bowls and stir food coloring into each bowl. Fill piping bags with icing and cut a small hole at the ends.
- Pipe icing along the outer edges of the cookies and let dry.
- Pipe icing inside the lines. Use a toothpick to spread it to the edge of the outline. Let icing dry completely until it is hardened.
- Carefully write phrases on the cookies with an icing pen.
