Did You Cancel Your Disney World Annual Pass? Make Sure to Check For Your Refund!

Calling all Disney World Annual Passholders: have you checked your statements lately?

Ever since the parks’ months-long closure and subsequent reopening, Passholders have had to sift through various options, questions, and timelines regarding their accounts, which has been a doozy, but the time has finally come for those who cancelled to get their refunds! 

As Disney prepared for reopening, they gave Passholders a variety of options, including one to cancel their passes.

Due to changing circumstances, and canceled trips, many Passholders chose to do just that. However, finalizing the process of getting partial or full refunds for cancelations has been a tedious process in and of itself!

We have good news to report, though! Even though it initially looked like refunds would be processed earlier this fall, a Disney Cast Member notified us that it’s more likely to happen by mid- to late-October.

  1. i was told i would get a refund in the mail, still waiting, this refund would be very welcome as everyone is having financial difficulties.

  2. I bought my annual pass from “Tickets at Work”. I didn’t cancel, but will I receive the water park refund, and if so, how?

  3. worse experience I have ever experienced with Disney. they had my card on file. they decided to send a check. check got lost. said new check will take up to 6 weeks to be processed. its been a complete joke of an experience. I cx’ed in April and still waiting. heck took 3 weeks to get a 72 hr call back and the cast member said nothing I didn’t know already. fluff fluff fluff.
