California has been moving forward with its stages of re-opening in the state slowly, but surely. However, that’s left many theme park fans with one big question: When will Disneyland be reopening?
While Disneyland has proposed plans, there hasn’t been much news about what will be happening moving forward in the state. Although multiple organizations have supported bringing the theme park industry back, Governor Gavin Newsom has stated that California is starting to make progress on these discussions.
After the Anaheim Mayor and Disneyland Resort President have both issued statements about reopening procedures, Governor Newsom has commented on how California will be handling its theme park guidelines.
During a press conference about the current health crisis and California’s raging wildfires, Governor Newsom confirmed that “We will be making announcements soon as it relates to theme parks and amusement parks.”
