Jaleo, one of the newest gems to emerge at Disney Springs, is celebrating Valentine’s Day the traditional Spanish way… with truffles!

We’re talking about black truffles, the rare and exquisite mushroom with an incomparable flavor. Originally, Jaleo had a one-night only event planned for the dinner, but after that sold out, the restaurant announced they would be adding a second night!

While the February 12th Truffle Dinner has sold out, Jaleo has added a second night on February 13th to enjoy!

For the dinner, Jaleo’s culinary masterminds will serve dishes featuring the freshest black truffles in a hard-ticketed, six-course wine and dine event! Truffle hunter Nacho Ramirez spends every winter hunting truffles in the Spanish countryside with his dog Pepe, sending them to Disney Springs the day they’re found to ensure optimal freshness! These sought-after morsels will feature in nine exclusive dishes, each of which comes with an expertly selected wine pairing. Enjoy Spanish cardenal pawns tartar, a Spanish potato omelette, or a classic Iberico de bellota paella with the unmistakable taste of truffles grated at your table!
