While we were walking through Batuu’s Toydarian Toymakers we spotted Baby Yoda! We were intrigued and at first thought this was the very first piece of Baby Yoda merchandise to be released. But further inspection proved it was a bit of clever DIY.
Toydarian Toymakers is home to adorable plush versions of many Star Wars characters, including old, wise Yoda.
Turns out in the surprising absence of official Baby Yoda merchandise on the shelves, a creative citizen of Batuu made a DIY Baby Yoda.
All you need to DIY is to buy a Yoda from Toydarian Toymakers (you want him anyway), wrap him in a blanket and ta-da…you’ve got a Baby Yoda! Cue the awwwwwwws!
The villagers of Batuu will neither confirm nor deny if this Baby Yoda in Toydarian Toymakers is THE Baby Yoda… but love him, we do.
