As announced last year, Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure has been awaiting a new attraction based on the animated film Inside Out. Disney has just announced that this new attraction, dubbed Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind will open soon — as in, this summer!
The new attraction is Inspired by the Disney and Pixar film “Inside Out,” which featured the secret life of a young girl’s emotions. The new ride will focus on these characters: Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Anger. Riders will board one of eight Memory Movers, and will find themselves spinning by shelves packed with memories.
Disney has just released several attraction posters, which focus on the parts of the mind explored in “Inside Out.”
