Ballast Point in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney district is getting in on the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine fun with a three course tasting and educational seminar on April 2 and 3 from 3-4 p.m.
Ballast Point Anaheim
The seminar will be lead by Executive Chef Colin MacLaggan and Vice President of Specialty Brewing Colby Chandler — and you know what that means: food and beer pairing!

The menu includes a starter of Tropical Fruit Ceviche with Passing Haze Hazy IPA, Braised Veal Cheek with Coffee Brown Ale, and Honey Pine Nut Poppy Seed Parfait with Sour Wench Blackberry Ale.

This seminar is $40 per person — for those 21 and older only — and includes tax and gratuity. See more — and purchase tickets — here!
