“I wonder what happened to Rosita?” For more than 55 years, Jose has uttered that plaintive lament in Disneyland’s Enchanted Tiki Room. And now that the Tropical Hideaway restaurant in Adventureland has opened, we know the answer.

Not content to be “one of the girls”, Rosita struck out on her own, and landed (get it?) a gig at Disneyland’s Tropical Hideaway. She entertains diners with her singing and jokes — and she has a “perch-ant” for one-liners.
