The Food & Wine Festival opened this week at Epcot. Here are some photos I took at last year’s festival. No food photos as much of it changes from year to year. To see what is on the menus this year, visit the All Ears 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival informational page.

Like the Spring Flower and Garden Festival, topiaries are a part of Food and Wine. Disney Imagineers like to change it up from year to year so you might find different topiaries or ones in different locations. Last year, as I got close to entering World Showcase near The Imagination Pavilion, Figment was there to greet me in his chef’s attire.

As I worked my way around World Showcase, I came upon the Mickey Mouse as Grill Master topiary. I bet he grills a good burger!

You will notice in the metadata, I used Skylum’s Intensify CK to help in processing them. The Sun was in a tough position for both of these photos as it was behind them. Intensify CK allowed me to pull out the deep shadows with a filter called HDR Soft.

What is a food festival without cake? While these might be a bit tough to bite into, they are very colorful and cheerful.

Last year I had a lot of fun searching and finding Remy in his Ratatouille Hide and Squeak. If you attend this year’s festival, you will have your chance as Disney is bringing it back. Again, I bet Remy will be found in different locations than last year but, just in case, I will not divulge where I took this photo.
