Challenge #439 Where in the world is this?

Can you believe it’s the last challenge for June already?! But it is!

So here we go: the ride we’re looking at is new-ish, but its movie came out in 1989. You see that famous red hair in lots of places, but this is a ride, not a meet and greet or parade.
