Disney Pic of the Week: Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster

Photographic Innoventions by Scott Thomas

Walt Disney World has a good mix of rides and attractions. If you like thrill rides, you have Splash Mountain, Expedition Everest and others. Another thing Disney Imagineers do is make their thrill rides fun with their immersive story telling and innovations. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is no different as it uses a launch mechanism which take guests from 0 to 60mph in 2.8 seconds and features 5 speakers per car (120 per stretched limo ride vehicle) playing classic Aerosmith songs re-mixed especially for the attraction.
