California Passes New Statewide Mandate Requiring The Use of Face Masks in Public Areas

California Governor Gavin Newsom just passed a statewide mandate requiring the use of face masks when in public. This decision follows Orange County's loosening of their face mask requirement, now one month away from Disneyland's grand reopening. Despite Disneyland requiring the use of face masks in their resort, the mixed levels of these mandates may cause confusion amongst guests.

News! Knott’s Berry Farm’s Parent Company States the Park Could Be Closed the Rest of the Year

While some theme park companies are shaping up for a gradual reopening process, others are painting a more bleak picture on their reopening prospects in 2020. One parent company, who owns a theme park that neighbors Disneyland in California, just released their quarterly report, which states that "some or all" of their theme parks could remain closed through the rest of the year.
