Easy to find with clear signage at MCO. We only waited 22 minutes from the time we checked in at the counter until our resort was called. It was a little tricky hearing the call for our resort, as there was no P.A. system or microphone for the \"Conductor\" calling us, but one member of our party stood closer to the loading area to hear the call. The bus driver and baggage handling staff were courteous and efficient and the bus was clean and cool. Our return trip to the airport was 3:45 hrs before our departure, but arrived just when they said they would at the pickup spot at our resort. We arrived with abundant time to get through security and board our domestic flight. Also, be forewarned that they will only text you with your pickup information and that the text does not identify itself as the Sunshine Flyer. I accidentally blocked the sender of the text, but I was able to reach customer service very easily on the phone to confirm the pickup time. I have another trip booked for this fall and intend to use their services again.

Before our trip, our flight times were changed twice. I called Sunshine Flyer and they were very friendly and said that changing the times was no problem. Their directions said to turn right off the elevators on the Terminal B side of the airport and we found the check-in desk with no problem. We waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes until our resort was called. We were on a bus with people from 4 other resorts and I was a little concerned but the loading of luggage was very efficient and luggage seemed to be organized by resort. Even though we were stopping at multiple resorts, each stop literally only took a few minutes maximum and I was surprised because it was quicker than when we had gone with Magical Express and had multiple stops. Our resort was #4 of 5 and we were off the bus and into the resort quickly. The driver was friendly and enthusiastic. There was trivia and old time cartoons playing on the video screens in the bus for entertainment. Two or three days before pickup to be taken to the airport, we received a message telling us what time the bus would pick us up. We were picked up at 7:10AM for a 10:30AM flight. The bus was right on time. and again, everything was organized and efficient and we made it into the airport with almost 2 1/2 hours until our flight. I highly recommend Sunshine Flyer and would use them again if we go back to Disney World.

We found pickup location immediately upon arrival. Check in desk wasn't clearly marked but was directed by staff. We waited for 30 to 40 minutes for bus. Once on bus all went well. We were 4th stop. On trip back to airport bus was on time with two other stops. Arrived at airport on time.

I don't hand out 10s so 9 is the closest. Signs at MCO were prominent. And because of our arrival time, it was very easy to check-in and receive our transportation to Port Orleans - Riverside

Easy, if you arrive first thing in the morning. It may be a challenge later in the day. If you\\'re there that early, you may be the only family on the bus.Cons:

Where to start…we arrived in Orlando’s airport more than ready to visit the most magical place on earth but had no way of locating our bus. There were zero signs giving any indication on where to go. We got turned around twice and had to ask for directions just to get to the registration desk. You would think there would be signs pointing the way. Once on the bus, it smelled like you had just walked into a dirty diaper the size of a bedroom. I will say, we did get on a bus and we did make it to Disney. Now for the rest of our stay…halfway through our week in Disney, my husband gets a text confirming transportation on our arrival date (4 days after we arrived). On departure day we receive an email letting us know our pick up time had been pushed back - not panicking at this point because we planned ahead and scheduled our pick up earlier than necessary. However, the new pick up time comes and goes and still no bus. My husband calls the number on the website only to be told the bus was having mechanical issues and should be there in about 10 minutes. Another 15 minutes goes by and still no bus. My husband calls again and is told its on its way. Another 30 minutes - now we’re panicking - and we receive a text message letting us know our pick up had been completely cancelled with no explanation or plan for getting us to the airport. We got very lucky booking an amazing uber driver who was already in the area and made our flights. All in all - pay the extra 10 bucks for the private Uber. It’s worth every penny

Sunshine Flyer is picking us up at 6:10am for a flight departing at 10:00. There are no other buses running other than 6am and 9am. 4 hours before flight departure did not seem acceptable and we asked for a refund, but were denied. So now we will sit in an airport for 3.5 hours before a long day of travel with two young, exhausted kids.
