Used to be 10/10. The Stackhouse Burger was incredible. Two smash burger patties, gooey cheese, savory pork belly!!, delicious aioli. But best of all, they USED to have Parmesan waffle fries. However, this has now changed. I went to Steakhouse 71 in December 2025 and the waffle fries are no longer. It’s “seasoned steak fries” which are a complete downgrade. The fries were heavily spiced but not salted, so all you could taste was dry paprika. They were not spicy, just full of spice yet somehow not flavorful. The burger was fine. It was not as juicy as before and also not as flavorful. I was disappointed. Would I still recommend this for a newcomer? Sure. Would I personally go back after being disappointed by the fries and the burger?? Sadly no. This used to be my favorite lunch in all of WDW. But not anymore.

I love the idea however the execution is lacking. We went when Rumi was broken (March 2026) actually most of the effects were. So the place was just a extremely overcrowded pretty bar with ok drinks.

Dole whip is a must try. I love dole whip at Disneyland Paris but it hits even better at DisneyWorld.

They taste exactly like cheeseburger. Perfectly crispy and warm and I love the dipping sauce.

This ride is soooo cute and underrated it almost never has any line at all and if it does it’s 10 mins or less! I love all the music and the storyline is cute too. Sure it may not be the highest tech or exciting but it is a super fun filler attraction and super cute too! Who doesn’t love the three caballeros?

I am rating the NEW text track, not the old Test Track that may be in these reviews or World of Motion. In comparison to the old Test Track, and even World of Motion, the new one just really disappointed me. I never got to ride World of Motion, but from what I’ve heard, the Test Track versions just keep getting worse. Almost reminds me of Journey into Imagination. Test Track used to be one of my favorite rides when I was little but they took away all the best parts! There’s no more designing your own car, or games at the end of the ride, or making your own license plate, or even the cool automatic doors that open to the outside portion of the track. All of that is gone. The ride itself, when not compared to its former versions is pretty good! It just makes me sad that they took away so many good things from the old one 😢

Cool concept, you go 2 mph faster now, the scene is really cool right before the outside, all the scenery is really cool tooCons:

We ate here twice and each time it was great! Had the chicken tip yip with double mac/cheese, spicy chicken tip yip and tuna poke - all were delicious. The restaurant has great theming and lots of room for seating.
