We got takeout from here while exploring Disney Springs so we could have a sweet treat later in the evening. The cupcakes themselves were very good, but the frosting was extremely sweet. I normally like sweets but it was even too sweet for me.

I also didn't like the ordering system. You order, then you have to wait for your number to be called. With a lot of people milling around waiting for their number, it got a bit crowded in the store and there aren't a lot of places to sit and wait.

Pros:

cupcakes

Cons:

ordering process, price

Review of 50's Prime Time Cafe Lunch/Dinner

the overall experience of this restaurant is suppose to bring you back into the 50's with tile floor, black and white television and vintage surroundings.

I was surprised to the food bland, overdone and most of the menu items deep fried.

More of a cheep eats restaurant as a table service. As a professional Chef, I can tell you there is not talent in this kitchen.

Every single dish was made to impress armature cooks and anyone with no taste buds.

I had the seasonal fish. They served me Tilapia over roasted root vegetables

The Tilapia was suppose to be grilled, just pulling it apart, tasting and telling by texture I can tell this restaurant boils it in a bag, decorates it and sends it out.

Dessert was suppose to be pineapple upside down cake. It was a over decorated pound cake with icing decocted like a cupcake.

A pathetic attempt to try and please this chef.
I will not be returning here again.

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Average food/Amature cooks

One of my favorite buffets in the parks.

Great assortment for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We came in for breakfast and half way though the service the menu changed to the lunch menu.

The only downside was to find the flourless chocolate cake (a gluten free option) placed nest to the regular deserts.

Pros:

Good food, greaat staff

Cons:

Chefs knowlege about allergies

Over priced, catered to more of a Disney princess dining. My boys hated every minute there.

The food was served to a high end degree, starting off with a cheese plate with cold meats.

Followed by your main dish witch was pver cooked and the vegetable's coated in a lot of butter.

I would only recommend this restaurant if you are going with girls who like the Disney Princesses and don't care about what food they eat.

Pros:

Cons:

Over priced, bad food

Review of Wyoming - Quest for the West

I really wish I could give this trip a better review, I can't. It was terrible from the start. Our biggest issues were with the trip itself and the guides. The trip itself was VERY rushed, we saw most of Yellowstone at 45 MPH! When we stopped to see something we usually only had 20-30 minutes to see everything, take pictures, read markers, etc. before we had to be back on the bus. One time they actually went on to the next stop without us! They did come back for us, but we had to rush through the next stop to keep 'on schedule'.
The guides in my opinion could have used more training. They seemed very insincere and scripted, not very helpful, and even gave us wrong information that totally conflicted with the info the 'local expert' gave us. They didn't do what they said they would do, and one even blew us off after she said she would help us with something.
As a DVC member and a Disney stockholder I am extremely disappointed in Disney, if I were them I would be ashamed to have my name on this trip and on the guides name tags. NOBODY at Disney so far seemed to be interested in hearing my issues. There were other Adventures by Disney trips that looked interesting, however, if they are anything like this one was, I will not spend my hard earned paycheck on them.

Pros:

Beautiful scenery

Cons:

Just about everything else, including the guides

Review of World of Color - Wine Country Trattoria - Dining Package

We wanted to make sure we saw the World of Color so we decided on this package because the food choices were more desirable than the other restaurants that offer the package. We were seated at our reservation time. Our server was good but "annoying". He would ask if we needed anything and we would answer him. Then he would just stand there staring at us. There are allergy issues in our party and we were able to substitute to an extent. They do try to accommodate you. You get appetizer, entree and dessert. I had the wedding soup which was good. The others substituted with the caprese salad and the insalata salad. They were good also. The pasta is made on premises which was delicious. I had the seafood pasta and it was delicious. The only issue is the shrimp still had the shell on the tail. It was messy trying to get them off. Two had the chicken which they said was great. Two had the filet mignon. They both said it was great also. The dessert was a plate of 4 small tastes: macaroon (ok), tiramisu (ok), lemon cream puff (not that good) and a chocolate caramel panna cotta which was the best thing on the plate. It would be nice if you could choose an item and have a full serving instead. Those will allergies were offered sorbet or an brownie with ice cream. The brownie was the best of all. Overall a good meal.

Pros:

Pasta

Cons:

Dessert

One of the highlights of our trip last week. Ask about the "special hidden cocktails". The drinks were reasonable. They only serve appetizers. The flatbreads and wings were good. The quesadilla rollups and spinach/artichoke dip were awesome. Great place to take a break.

Pros:

Hidden Gem

Cons:

None

I had eaten here about 7 years ago. It was one of the best counter service places. Returned last week. Food was ok, not as good as it had been. If you didn't eat the enchiladas immediately, they got hard quickly, making them difficult to cut. The rice and beans were great. I also like the fact they do allow free refills while dining there.

Pros:

Decent and reasonable

One of the better counter service meals I have had. The burger was large and not dry. First place I could get a sweet ice tea during my vacation. The cashiers were very friendly.

Pros:

Not crowded
