We come here at the start of all our Epcot days. It’s nice to relax, grab a coffee and a treat. You can also charge your phones there.

Pros:

Lots of seating.

Cons:

Can get packed.

We always come here when we go to Animal Kingdom. I love that they have plant based options. I always get the plant based hot link smokehouse sandwich, and it's really good. The sausage they use is the beyond brat, so i know it is something that I like

Pros:

The atmosphere is really nice. The seating is all outside. There is a lot of greenery, views of the water, and lots of birds walking around

Cons:

None

I love this restaurant! I always get the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Spread, and it is delicious! I am actually craving it now. It is a light and simple meal to have in the parks, especially on a warm or super hot day. I also love that it is plant based.

Pros:

The atmosphere is the best thing about this place

Cons:

I don't think you get a lot of food for the price, but that really isn't any different from any other place in Disney World

Review of Coral Reef - Lunch/Dinner

This has been the worst vacation and money waisted. To top off this experience, we ate at the Coral Reed restaurant at 6:35pm last night. My 5 yr old son was eating his jello dessert and spit out a shrimp tail that was mixed into the dessert. I’m thankful he didn’t choke on it nor was allergic to shellfish. I alerted the waiter and all he did was replace the dessert. This is our last experience with Disney. After spending every year for the last ten years at a Disney theme park at least twice a year, it’s definitely not the Disney it once was. This is shameful and puts others at risk. Disneys quality has reach an all time low for us!!!

Pros:

None

Cons:

Cross contamination

Review of Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor

Good for a/c, a break for the parents, & short lines. I was overall disappointed! The Monster Inc movie is a very creative one and the potential is incredibly high if Disney put more thought into it! I would have loved to walk through bedrooms or been on a ride going through Monstropolis! For how much you pay to go to Disney, it’s disappointing. The show was just filler. So sad. Not really funny either.

Pros:

A/c, a break, nice seating

Cons:

Not creative, falls flat, bad jokes, Didn’t hold my kids attention.

I’ve been a regular diner here for a long time. I recently had an experience that has completely turned me off to this restaurant. I emailed three months ago (4 months out from travel dates) to understand what allergy accommodations were like and to understand how to make the reservation in time to secure the reservation and provide plenty of notice with my food allergy. I don’t like to surprise restaurants with my issue and if I can’t enjoy all courses of a pre fixe menu I will either go in knowing that or choose a different way of ordering or dine somewhere else. I was told 7 days notice to reserve and the website states the omakase experience is available nightly. It was never mentioned that some nights are randomly unavailable. We called to make the reservation and were given a 6:30 reservation but no credit card was requested. That’s unusual for omakase so we emailed. No response. We called again and were told “it’s just a regular reservation you have to email.” Which we had. So we went back and forth for quite a while over phone and email. It was a mess.

After my final email expressing frustration and disappointed with my experience, no one emailed me back. During our telephone and e-mail conversations, no one apologized for the confusion or acknowledged it was an inconvenience to us or asked how they could create a highly memorable experience despite it not being the exact one we were aiming for. For me, the emails came across as very brusque and unhelpful while I was in the situation and trying to understand what had gone wrong. I’m especially frustrated because of the due diligence I did months ago. I can’t recommend this restaurant based on this terrible experience.

Pros:

Great food

Cons:

Poor communication

Very bad I don't recommend it at all. Went to dinner with my family on vacation. When it was time to get our dinner I was given the wrong food it was a chicken meal I ordered the sirloin. Once I informed the waiter he informed me it will be fixed. 10 minutes later my food came out. I did order it rare once I cut it open it was ice cold in the center and still purple. There was no compensation I had to tell the waiter I was not paying for it.

This ride is not my preferred kind of ride, but it provides a lot of information on various different things in nature. I don't recommend this ride unless you are a middle-aged science teacher.

Pros:

Rich educational info.

Cons:

Boring

My family has an array of "challenged" eaters from a vegan to a child with many allergies and a hubby with a robust appetite! When Disney reopen in 2020 not all restaurants reopened and the selection was limited to Disney Springs and we tried City Works. We loved it! The service was great, the food had a ton of selection and was delicious! They have a giant board of craft beers and ciders - probably the largest selection I've seen at Disney! Service was fantastic. We have made this our first night goto for every trip- a can't miss!

Pros:

Excellent Food with variety Great Service Massive selection of Beers and Ciders

Cons:

It is a long walk from the bus stop if staying at a resort but hey- it's Disney- you should expect to be way over 10,000 steps for the day!
