I really really like the food here and would rate it higher, but everyone I have gone with did not like the food. It a lot of Norway themed seafood and if you like adventurous seafood then you'll be OK, if not an adventurous eater you may want to skip this as there isn't that much more normal food on the buffet. You get the meet princesses.
Pros:
You get the meet princesses, has some very unique seafood if you like that.Cons:
Has some very unique seafood if you don't like that with limited selection for more "normal" good. Tight spaces.Review of Sci-Fi Dine-in Theatre Lunch/Dinner

Really cool theme, the best in Hollywood Studios and one of the best at the park overall. The good is OK, not that great. But you get to sit in cars to eat and watch C level Sci-Fi movie trailers. It's like you are really at a drive in. Worth it just for the atmosphere.
Pros:
Super cool atmosphere, you get to sit in a car to eat and watch C level Sci-Fi movie trailers.Cons:
The big screen can shows can be a little much for very little ones, the food isn't that great if you don't care about the atmosphere here.Reviewed by Jason V Review Date: 09/29/2018

It's cool the see the characters in seasonal outfits. Similar to the Disney Junior, that's what you are here for. The buffet has a large selection but the food isn't that great. If you care about seeing some main Disney Characters in X-Mas outfits than this is worth it.
Pros:
Meet and greet with main Disney Characters in X-Mas outfits, larger of the buffet selectionsCons:

Decent Italian food. Nothing special. Good sized portions.
Pros:
Good sized portions. Can get the Fantastic dining package. Can usually get a reservation.Cons:
Better themed dining in Hollywood Studios than this place.Reviewed by Jason V Review Date: 09/29/2018

This gets a high rating because of the fact that you get the meet the Disney Junior characters. You are here for that reason and that reason only and if you don't care about that then don't come. You can meet the characters without coming here, but it's convenient and a way to enjoy lunch and keep the kids occupied. FYI this shares a bathroom with the 50's restaurant. Buffet with a larger selection than most, but nothing to die for.
Pros:
Disney Junior characters meet and greet. Can also get the Fantastic dining package with character meet and greet for 1 credit. Large buffet selectionCons:

The food is higher end but very expensive. Not a place to go unless you have $ to burn and want to have a more "high end" dining experience from a service side. The food is good, but overpriced. Feel like kids are welcome here almost based on the atmosphere. Can do dining with an engineering (I never have) or the Fantastic dining package for a fixed price (I have done this).
Pros:
Good serviceCons:

Very large space, some in outside. Usually not busy. Nothing fancy or special but I prefer this to ABC Commissary which it is similar to.
Pros:
Can watch Star Wars show, large space so you get a seat, usually not busyCons:

Nothing special here. It's a good place to get out of the heat. Sometimes they have something unique but not always. Themeing is very boring. Have had a hard time finding a seat.
Pros:
Large. Good location if the weather is badCons:

Extreme Getaway Package (includes Castaway Ray’s Stingray Adventure, float/tube + snorkel equipment rentals for the day, and a one hour bike rental). This is the best deal to experience a little bit of everything on the island.
We have done the Stingray portion with my boys and have a reservation coming up to go with my daughter. It is a very memorable experience. A cast member gives you an overview of what you will be doing and how to feed the rays. They make the kids feel very comfortable with the experience. Feeding lasts about 10-15 minutes and then you can snorkel in the lagoon with the rays for the remaining time. They provide the snorkel and vest that you will need.
You also get a tube rental and one hour bike rental with the package to enjoy while on the island. There are lots of bike trails and the kids bikes come with helmets and training wheels if needed.
If you can’t get a cabana (which are hard to come by) this is a good option for an excursion. You can enjoy the Island without booking any excursion though also - plenty stuff included to keep you busy!
Pros:
Good value - get to participate in a lot of different activitiesCons:
Would like more time feeding the stingrays.Review of 50's Prime Time Cafe Lunch/Dinner

I've been here a few times and I think a big part of the experience is the wait staff. If they interact well with you it's more fun. The food here is OK but mostly a "meat and potatoes" style food if you are OK with that. The main thing here is the atmosphere. Cool throw back vibe.
