We ate here because of all the great online reviews. We did not like it. We had the chicken skewers and hummus trio. The hummus trio was a nice fresh break from french fries, but the sauce on the chicken wasn't very good. We also had a tiger tail breadstick. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at Disney. Fried chicken was dry (gravy didn’t even help), brisket was a dry hunk of meat, ‘salad bar’ was lettuce and dressing, baked beans had no flavor, dessert options were disappointing.
Pros:
Great serviceCons:

Staff cannot answer questions about the menu, are lethargic, the dining area has food on the floor and staff seem uninterested and are not friendly. The other quick service restaurants in Epcot are cleaner, staff is friendly and seem motivated. As an American, I’m actually pretty embarrassed that this is the “American” experience presented.
Pros:
Large portions, food is good even though it’s slow, no worries about finding a table as not many patrons.Cons:
Dirty dining area, staff is not educated on menu items, staff is not friendly as Disney employees usually are.Review of Kona Cafe Lunch/Dinner

we ate here 6/12 for dinner, highly disappointed. love the noodle bowl they had in the past and not pleased with anything offered. did order the lob mac&cheese and brocollini. way too much for each and not very good. Unless the menu is revised will no longer visit Kona Café.
Pros:
seated quickly - what does that tell ou?Cons:

Well worth our money spent for breakfast!!!
Pros:
Awesome food and wait staff. Theres was so much to choose from on the buffet and I didn't get a chance to try everything because I just didn't have room. On our next visit in November I'll try an item off of the menu. Food is delicious my daughter and I still talk about it now.Cons:

Vegan crumble is YUCK! I wish I had known I could get the vegan bangers and mash because the crumble is the worst thing I;ve ever had at Disney. Veggies - squash, zucchini, beets, potatoes covered with vegan cheese and baked. With all the wonderful dishes Disney has, why can't they figure out how to make a decent vegetarian dish??????????
Pros:
Husband liked the corned beefCons:

One of our favorites! We had a very late reservation and stopped by to see if there was any way to move up. Immediately we were taken in AND seated next to a window over looking the pool. It was our “magical” moment. Daniella, our server, was delightful! I love the food...most of it. I’m picky. The noodles are my favorite. The beef was undercooked for my taste, but it’s my taste. The only downer was this - I filled out a form with my email for the chef to relay a few of the glaze recipes. I was told it takes about a week but 10 days later I’ve not heard anything.
Pros:
The food is almost always incredibleCons:

This is our family's favorite Disney restaurant. The ambience, food and staff are all amazing, second to none.
Pros:
The food is wonderful. Even though it is a set menu, there is something for everyone in our family of 6.Cons:
The wait. When we were there in May we had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes for our table.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/27/2019
