My son absolutely loved doing this. I think if any child is a star wars fan, it's a must. I wish they allowed adults to train as well!
Pros:
Great photo pass memories, get to come face to face with multiple characters, a unique experience.Cons:

Really cute for little ones. It is so fun to see them fight Darth Vader/Kylo Ren. The only issue is that you have to get up when the park opens to get your little ones a spot at the training.

This is a unique show/attraction because of the audience (child) participation. If you don’t have a child participating, you’ll probably lose interest pretty quickly, but for the kids who get to do it (and the parents who watch!), it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to do battle with Darth Vader or Kylo Ren! Amazing video/photo ops for parents, and a lifelong memory for any Star Wars lover. Definitely worth the effort to sign up for first thing in the morning.

Character interactions are pretty good, the Jedi trainers are great, the kids are super cute and we got some really good photopass photographs.

Entertaining if your kid wants to participate.Cons:
