The queue has loud and obnoxious music, the two pre-shows are pointless. The ride vehicle then sits between two large projector screen with footage of a car chase playing. Deafening air canons/smoke canons blast next to your traumatised ears and cold water splashes onto you. The grand finale is the bus you're sitting on violently and pointlessly drops downwards a few inches, which was a painful experience on my otherwise healthy spine. As the bus enters the unloading station, everyone aboard our bus looked disappointed and the staff member at the station tried to encourage everyone to applaud (nobody did).

Had an absolute blast ripping it to shreads afterwards. The dialog was so cheesy and outdated, the story had more holes than swiss cheese, and the cgi cameos were so forced I could feel the tv screaming in pain.
When the CGI Rock Johnson came on screen to talk to the passengers I started laughing and didn't stop till the bus pulled into the unload station.

The worst ride I have ever been on in my life (I’ve been on a lot). I am so glad the queue was short but that was probably because nobody else wanted to ride. The actual ride took ages to start and the ride itself was just a straight line with a poorly made screen. 6 people had to squish into one row and it made me claustrophobic. DO NOT RIDE

Think Kong but with nothing interesting going on. Takes forever to get going when you're on the ride, and the "ride" is a boring straight line. Don't waste your time on this, go on Kong instead it's got way more thought put into it.

Having seen most of the films and expecting a coaster or something with speed and thrills, shocked to find it a BUS ride. Really. No imagination. Could have sat me infront of a the screen for 2 min with a fan blowing in my face and achieved the same. Took away a great family ride and replaced it with a shocker.

Real short queues as basically a walk on whenever you want to ride, cars to look at from movies, pre show interaction with hosts. Some were really good.Cons:

The only reason why I’m giving it a 2 is because the lead up to the right itself makes you think it’s going to be a lot better than it was. It was cool how the entrance was made to look like garage. And the ride was not exactly what I expected as in the vehicle. And the road itself was a lot down. It was extremely disappointing. Everyone at the end voice their disappointment as they walked off the road and out of the building. So I was glad that other people reaffirmed my feelings by saying “that’s it?” It could’ve Been done a whole lot better. First thing I feel like they should’ve had cooler vehicles to ride in. And not sure if everybody in one vehicle. I thought that was kind of disappointing. It just was not really that exciting. Like he would think it would be from a fast furious movie. I like my children who are five and under could’ve rode it. It might’ve been exciting for maybe children to ride on.

There are many stages to this ride as they introduce the story. It makes the wait not seem as long because you're being entertained. You should at least do it once, as it seems to get quite the bad wrap and isn't horrible. It can be loud and it's full of action on both sides of the vehicle.

It’s a cool ride, but I miss the Disaster and Earthquake rides that preceded it.
