“I’ll Take a Frozen Strawberry Margarita!” Disney Fans Can’t Shut Up About These 3 Cocktails

If there’s one thing we know about Disney fans, it’s that we take our drinks seriously.

Hightower Rocks

And when it comes to cocktails in Disney World, the opinions are strong. Whether you’re cooling off in the Florida heat or just looking for the perfect park day treat, a good cocktail can make all the difference. So we went straight to the source (you over on our Facebook) and asked: “Tell us what your FAV marg is in Disney World and what makes it so great!!” Let’s just say…you all had thoughts. Now, let’s get into a few of the standout favorites that you can’t stop talking about.

“I’ll take a frozen Strawberry Margarita!”

We’re starting strong with a classic. Teresa kept it simple with, “I’ll take a frozen Strawberry Margarita!” and honestly, that says it all.

Over at EPCOT, the Frozen Strawberry Margarita from Choza de Margarita is basically a rite of passage. It’s icy, refreshing, and exactly what you want when the Florida sun is doing the most.

Frozen Strawberry Margarita

This drink leans into that sweet, fruity flavor that feels more like a treat than a cocktail. It’s approachable, easy to sip, and perfect for anyone who wants something fun without too much bite from the tequila. If you’re a margarita purist, this might not be your go-to, but if you love a frozen drink that tastes like vacation in a cup, this one is tough to beat.

“Pineapple Citrus at backlot”

Next up, Stephanie gave us a slightly more under-the-radar pick with “Pineapple Citrus at backlot.”

You’ll find this one tucked away at Disney’s Hollywood Studios inside Backlot Express, and it’s doing a lot more than you might expect from a quick-service spot.

This Pineapple-Citrus Margarita is made with Teremana Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple Juice, Minute Maid Lemonade, and Hawaiian Island Syrup. Translation. It’s bright, tangy, and packed with tropical flavor. It’s the kind of drink that sneaks up on you in the best way. You might not head into Backlot Express specifically for a margarita, but once you try this one, it suddenly becomes part of your Hollywood Studios routine. It’s refreshing without being overly sweet and has just enough citrus to keep things interesting.

She’s talking about the Hightower Rocks from Nomad Lounge over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and this drink has a following.

Made with Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila, watermelon, sweet-and-sour, and lime juice, this one brings a fresh, slightly elevated twist to the cocktail vibe. It’s light, a little tart, and incredibly easy to sip while you’re relaxing in one of the most atmospheric lounges in Disney World. Nomad Lounge already feels like a hidden oasis, and this drink fits the mood perfectly.
