We’re doing something very big today, and friends always share their information — so we’re taking you along with us to a new Disney World restaurant.
Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is officially open! We’ve been tracking this progress for a while because we’ve been so excited for it to open. Recently, we got to see the menu and pricing for the restaurant and now, the day is here! Yep, we’re headed to Summer House on the Lake for the FIRST time. Come with us!
When you walk up to the restaurant, you’ll immediately be greeted with a more upscale yet casual atmosphere — resembling that of California, which inspired the restaurant. We’ve been checking out the outdoor space of the restaurant for a couple weeks now, and we’re SO excited to finally go inside!
When you first walk into the restaurant, you’ll be greeted by the hosts at the check-in podium. Next to the podium is where you can snag some sweets and treats as well as some merchandise. (Hello, cookie bar!)
As we were being seated, we took in all the sights and vibes of the new eatery. Y’all, this space is gorgeous. There are plenty of seating options, from regular indoor tables…
…to indoor booths…
…to bar seating…
…to even outdoor seating on the covered patio.
We were seated in one of the beautiful, roomy booths!
Once you’re seated, you’ll be handed a regular menu…
…as well as a menu for the cookie bar!
There are so many yummy-looking things to try, and we can’t wait to share with you guys what we thought.
