Why This Morning Will Be STRESSFUL for Disney Fans

While you might be used to hearing “on your marks, get set…RACE,” today marks an important date for the upcoming runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Event that does not involve actual running! We’ve already shared a look at the themes for the 2023 event — which will take place from November 2nd-5th at Disney World, but now we’ve got another important update.

Today — March 21st — at 10AM EST, registration for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend races opens to the general public! Registration previously opened for Club runDisney Gold and Platinum Members, but now it’s time for everyone to get in on the fun.

There are a variety of races to pick from and pricing varies depending on what you choose.

Update: Registration is now OPEN, but be prepared to hop into a virtual queue and potentially wait for a WHILE.

Some of the races have begun to sell out, so you’ll want to act quickly!

Today, registration opened for the 5K (priced at $107.99 through September 18th)…

…10K (priced at $150.99 through September 18th)…

…Two Course Challenge ($389 through September 18th)…

…Half Marathon ($234.99 through September 18th)…

…and Post-Race Party ($105).

Do NOT wait to register for these races. Registration generally fills up quickly for runDisney races, so set those alarms for 10AM EST and get ready to click away! It can be stressful trying to secure a race spot, so we wish you all the best of luck and send you lots of pixie dust!

If you’re looking to do a Wine & Dine virtual race, note that registration for those doesn’t open until March 24th at 10AM EST.
