Some Disney actors and actresses portray their roles so well that they become synonymous with their characters.

If Disney fans had to choose one Marvel character/actor that they felt this pertained to, Robert Downey Jr. would undoubtedly be mentioned. Fittingly, Robert Downey Jr. just announced a new deal that feels very much like something Iron Man would do.
Okay, maybe Tony Stark wasn’t the most environmentally-conscious person. However, he did care about saving the world. Robert Downey Jr.’s new book also plans to do just that, with the assistance of smart food choices.

According to Deadline, this Disney Legend (literally and figuratively) will be teaming up with bestselling environmental author Thomas Kostigen to write Cool Food: Erasing Your Carbon Footprint One Bite at a Time. Josh Stanton, Blackstone Publishing president and CEO, acquired the book. This will be the first major non-fiction book Robert Downey Jr. has made, which is partially inspired by his interest in nutrition stemming from his preparation for Iron Man.

The goal of the book is to change the outlook on the worsening climate for the better, through proper food choices. No publishing date has been announced for the book.
