PHOTO: Disney Released a FIRST LOOK at Live-Action ‘Pinocchio’ Movie

We’re back with more BIG Disney news! This is something that fans of classic Disney stories won’t want to miss.

We already saw the first official trailer for Disney’s upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series, and Star Wars fans are getting excited about the returning characters and new villains. But now we’ve got a NEW first look at another upcoming Disney film!

Disney has been remaking a lot of classic films as live-action movies. From Beauty and the Beast to Dumbo, we’ve been seeing our favorite stories in a new way.

The next story to be re-created as a live-action movie will be Disney’s Pinocchio! We’ve already learned that the movie will come out on Disney+ later this year.

Notable actors like Tom Hanks and Luke Evans have joined the cast, and Disney just released a first look of Tom Hanks as Geppetto! In the picture, you can see Geppetto in his workshop with Pinocchio. This is the first time that we’ve seen an actual photo from the film!

Pinocchio will be voiced by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth. We don’t have a specific release date for this movie yet, but we do know it will come to Disney+ sometime in late 2022.
