We have stayed at POFQ 4 times, but stayed at POR in October as POFQ had not opened yet. POR is larger than POFQ but the accomodations, staff and atmosphere is right up there. Our next trip will be back to POFQ but we do not regret in any terms for our stay at POR.
I love this resort because of how quiet and quaint it is. I’ve never actually seen it busy. I’m also a coffee with chicory girl. Once you start with chicory you have trouble drinking your coffee without it. I find that it just tastes thin and watery. I love the richness from adding chicory. I tried the Cafe Du Monde but it was far too strong. I prefer Community coffee with chicory but you can’t find that one as easily. Carry on. lol
Love French Quarter! Small resort with tons of charm! Love to be able to take the boat to Disney Springs. I’ll be there in 11 days! (Quincy want to meet up?)
