Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle Nighttime Show is Returning SOON to Universal Orlando

We’ve been getting in the Halloween mood lately with BOO Bash at Disney World and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando.

But these aren’t the only Halloween celebrations happening! Universal has announced that another frighteningly fun show is returning to the parks in time for the scary season.

Calling all Harry Potter fans! Universal’s popular Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle is returning this year, beginning on September 18th, 2021!

The show consists of projections, lights, and music on the Hogwarts Castle, located in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade park at Universal Orlando. Dementors, Death Eaters, and other dark creatures will swarm the Hogwarts Castle, led by Lord Voldemort himself.

A musical score composed by John Williams will accompany the show. Williams wrote music for the first three Harry Potter movies, along with other famous films like Indiana Jones, Jaws, and Star Wars.

You can watch the “Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” show beginning on September 18th, with shows running nightly from dusk until the park closes. Universal has said that the best viewing experience will be during the later shows, since you’ll be able to see the lights more clearly then.
