PHOTOS: Nine Dragons Restaurant Has Reopened in EPCOT

If you have had a Chinese food-sized hole in your heart every time you have visited EPCOT since its reopening, we have some good news for you today!

Nine Dragons is the Table Service restaurant in the China Pavilion at EPCOT, erving up some Cantonese, Mongolian, Szechuan, Hunan, and Kiangche favorites. And today, the restaurant finally reopened!

We wanted to give you a first look at our experience there with a full review to come later! Let’s take a look.

Atmosphere

The entrance to the restaurant is unchanged with the menu featured on either side of the door.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of tables, along with the beautiful decor that has always been featured in the restaurant.

The place setting was simple and clean and we were offered a QR code and a paper menu to look through.

Food

We had to start things off with a drink! We ordered the Ginger Zinger with Ginger Liqueur, Light Rum, Lemon-Lime Soda, and Lemon Twist, which was priced at $12.50.

We couldn’t resist ordering the Sichuan Chicken Dumplings for our appetizer. They were tossed in a Spicy Chili Oil Sauce and topped with vegetables and cost $13. 

We decided on The Happy Family for our entrée. This consisted of Stir-fried Beef, Shrimp, Chicken, and Vegetables and cost $20. 

It isn’t a meal if you don’t get dessert! For dessert, we decided on the Green Tea Ice Cream for $4.25.

We still love seeing restaurants re-open from being closed and this was no different! Stay tuned here to get the full review coming soon!
