FIRST LOOK at The NEW Toy Story Hotel Opening in Tokyo Disneyland This Year!

There’s a new hotel coming to Tokyo Disneyland!

Disney announced that they would be building a new hotel themed after Disney’s Toy Story back in 2018. The project was projected to be completed in 2021 and, as we approach the opening, Disney has announced the name and shared a first look at the new hotel!

Today, Disney shared that the new hotel will be called Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel. This will be the fifth Disney hotel in Japan but will be the first that is considered a “moderate type” in the country. Currently, guests must choose between “deluxe type” and “value type” hotels, so this will provide more options for those looking for an in-between on pricing.

Upon completion, guests will step right into Disney’s Toy Story with colorful furniture, rooms that look like Andy’s bedroom, and even the exterior will look like it was built out of toys!

The hotel will include 595 guest rooms that span 11 floors and will be located in front of Bay Station on the Disney Resort Line so guests can easily get to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea Parks during their stay.
