With the holidays wrapped up and the weather getting colder, it’s refurbishment season in Central Florida!
With crowds and temperatures lower, the January and February season is the perfect time for theme parks to make some touch-ups. Water rides are typically among this group, considering most people don’t like being soaked in the wintertime. However, this year seems to be big for refurbishments in general, as quite a few of Universal Orlando’s attractions are getting one soon. So soon, in fact, that one refurbishment begins today!
Over at Universal Studios Florida, Revenge of the Mummy closed for refurbishment this morning.
The ride is scheduled to be closed from now until January 15th.
