This week, we took you with us to Universal Orlando’s CityWalk to see the new dining, health and safety, and retail procedures. Next week, we’ll take you with us to check out Disney Springs during its re-opening.

We likely won’t see major theme parks opening until Phase Two of Florida’s re-opening plan, but Florida attractions and tourists spots are already opening up to guests with new safety procedures in place.

SeaLife Aquarium

We already announced the Florida Aquarium’s plans to open, but now the SeaLife Aquarium in Orlando is opening as well! While the majority of the aquarium’s exhibits are open, interactive spots like the tidepool and kids’ play area are closed.

When you visit, directional markings will help distance guests and employees will be available to help direct you, if you need assistance. SeaLife Orlando is only accepting contactless forms of payment for the time being. You can find out more information about visiting the aquarium here!

Top Golf

Top Golf Orlando is open for guests to tee off, but with new procedures for both guests and employees.

After arrival, guests will meet with employees at the front stairs of the location. They will be told about the new safety measures including a bay capacity of six people and social distancing markers of 6-feet apart.

If Top Golf reaches its capacity, guests will be asked to stay in their cars or a designated area until they will receive a text that their bay is ready. The check-in desk has a safety barrier to protect employees and guests. Each bay area comes equipped with protective dividers and parties will be assigned bays 11 feet apart from other hitting bays.

Madame Tussauds

Madame Tussauds wax museum will be using directional markings to promote distancing and only contactless forms of payment, like credit and debit cards, will be accepted.

At this time, the wax hands experience is closed and interactive elements like photo props are limited. You can find out additional details here!
