Disney on Broadway, which has produced several smash hit stage musicals including The Lion King, Mary Poppins, and Frozen, launched “Women’s Day on Broadway” in 2018 in the hopes of bringing professionals and communities together to discuss the future of the theatre industry and beyond.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Third Annual Women’s Day on Broadway will take place on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at one of Disney’s resident theatres in New York City.
Women’s Day on Broadway will take place in the New Amsterdam Theatre on West 42nd Street in New York City, the current home of Disney’s Aladdin.

The goal of Women’s Day on Broadway, themed “The Decade Ahead and How Women Will Shape It”, is to discuss the industry at large in terms of gender equality and ways to move forward and affect change. The event encourages theatre professionals as well as those interested in this topic from all backgrounds, gender identities and expressions to attend. The event is free, but reservations are required.

Those interested in reserving a seat or looking for more information about the event can visit www.womenofbroadway.com! The event is totally FREE, but reservations are required, so make sure to reserve your sport!
