You start the day at Disney World with 100% phone battery, but somewhere between checking wait times, taking photos, and mobile ordering snacks, your phone is suddenly hanging on for dear life at 5%.

If you don’t want to waste time in your day searching for outlets around the parks or heading back to the hotel for a quick charge, you’re going to want to pack a portable charger! These are our tried and true favorites for the Disney parks, so you can count on them to last you all day on your next trip.
We’re starting this list with FuelRods! Why? At each Disney World park, Disney Springs, and Disney World hotels, you’ll find FuelRod swap kiosks. When your FuelRod dies, you can swap it for a fully charged one for FREE.

While that’s a huge perk, we’ve also found FuelRods to be incredibly reliable. So they last for a while, but it’s nice to know if it dies, you’re likely only steps away from one of these stations!
The FuelRod MAX10 is a newer, more powerful portable charger. Even with its bigger size, you can also swap this one out for free at Disney World kiosks!

This design has multiple charging ports to charge several devices at once, a battery life indicator light on the side, and a magnetic charging capability.

Yeah, it’s loaded with perks!
Although those are ideal with the kiosks around Disney World, the upfront price is a bit higher than other portable chargers on the market. Luckily, there are others at a lower price point that we’ve tried and loved, including the INIU Portable Charger!

Charge up to three devices at once with the two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. It charges fast compared to older INUI models, and the slim design makes it easy to toss into your park bag. That’s right — it won’t weigh down your bag!
Finally, we also stand by the Anker Magnetic Portable Charger. If you don’t want to keep up with charging cords, this is the charger for you!

This slim charger sticks to your phone and charges it — no tangled cord from the bottom of your Loungefly backpack needed. It does make it a little harder to grip your phone if you use it with the charger on, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker when you factor in how nice the cord-free charging is.
We highly recommend having a portable charger per person for a few reasons:
- You may need more than one full charge for your phone, depending on battery life, how long you are in the parks, and how much you are using your phone.
- If you split from your group with a low phone battery, you don’t want to have to find them the old-fashioned way for someone else’s charger!
- If someone forgets to charge the portable charger overnight, then you can share without stressing.

We use these portable chargers in Disney World every single day, so we know they hold up. Don’t forget to pack them for your next trip and stay tuned to AllEars for more tips!
