Disneyland Quietly Removes Mobile Order From 4 Spots

Disneyland’s treat shops are ICONIC with their displays full of caramel apples, marshmallow wands, churro toffee, and other delicious confectioneries. Seriously, we could spend hours just wandering around Disney Wonderful World of Sweets.

One thing that always made those treat shops so convenient was being able to use Mobile Order to order our treats ahead and pick them up later. However, the process on how you order treats at these shops has changed.

We noticed something strange when we went to pull up Disney Wonderful World of Sweets on the app today. The option to Mobile Order treats is completely gone.

We noticed that the same thing was happening at the other sweet shops, too, including Candy Palace, Trolley Treats, and Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff. All of the candy locations no longer offer the option to Mobile Order. So what’s going on?

Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff

Well, we walked into Candy Palace and spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that Mobile Order has been taken away from all the confectionery shops and that Disney has no plans to bring it back. As for the reason for this? Well, that’s anyone’s guess.

Trolley Treats

So if you want to get your hands on that churro toffee or peanut butter square (my personal favorite), you’ll just have to get in line and order it from a Cast Member and pay at a register just like we used to do before Mobile Order was a thing.

We’ll keep an eye out for more big Disney news, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
