Orlando Airport Adds 11 NEW Nonstop Flights This Month

If you’ve been planning a trip to Disney World, you’ve probably figured out the basics, like what your budget is, how long you’re staying, where you’re staying, what tickets you need, and more.

But you also have to figure out HOW you’re getting to Disney World, and for many that will mean flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO). The good news is that it’s getting easier to fly to Orlando every day because the airport keeps adding new nonstop flights. This month, May 2025, saw 11 new nonstop flights added to MCO. 

New flight routes

The following new flight routes were added to Orlando International Airport in May 2025:

  • Paris, France — Air France (May 21st)
  • Raleigh/Durham — Breeze Airways (May 9th)

Resuming Flight Routes

  • Cancun, Mexico — Frontier Airlines (May 24th-August 18th)
  • Hartford, CT — Breeze Airways (May 28th-August 30th)
  • Omaha, NE — Frontier Airlines (May 22nd-August 17th)
  • Orange County, CA — Breeze Airways (May 28th-August 6th)
  • Punta Cana, Dominican Republic — Frontier Airlines (May 22nd-August 17th)
  • Salt Lake City, UT — Spirit Airlines (May 10th)
  • San Pedro Sula, Honduras — Spirit Airlines (May 8th)
  • St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles — Frontier Airlines (May 24th)
  • Winnipeg, Manitoba — WestJet (May 24th-31st)

If you are flying to Orlando to visit Disney World, you will still need to make arrangements to get from the airport to the resort. You have a few options available, including renting a carhiring a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or using a shared shuttle service like Mears Connect.

Once you get to Disney World, you can take advantage of the resort’s FREE transportation system to get to and from the parks and Disney Springs.
