“No One Is Disappointed in This Park” — How Do Fans REALLY Feel After Going to Epic Universe?

The opening day for Epic Universe is almost here!

We’re headed inside Epic Universe!

My team and I have spent quite a bit of time inside Epic Universe scoping it all out to help you plan your perfect first day here, and we can honestly say we’ve been blown away by it all. But, if you weren’t ready to take our word for it between ranking the rides, food, and more you’ll find inside, hopefully this next take coming straight from YOU is all you need to hear to be convinced.

Has Universal’s Epic Universe lived up to the hype? Well, that seems to be the BIG question surrounding the park, isn’t it!? But, while we’ve formed our own opinions about the rides, the food, the entertainment, and so much more you’ll find inside, there was one big piece missing from it all — how YOU feel about it!

I’m at Epic Universe!

It’s easy to get swept up in all of the newness that’s immediately thrown at you as you step through the Chronos and enter into Epic Universe, but once you’ve spent some time inside, you might grow a bit more acclimated as you continue on with your day. We’ve had the pleasure of getting to ride, eat, and try out everything in the park, but we know that’s not easy to do all in one day or the same as everyone’s agenda for their “can’t miss” moments in the park.

That’s DARK

What you might not suspect about me as I’m walking around Epic Universe is that I’m a VERY intent listener. So much so that while I’m listening for things like conversation about hidden details and secrets within the land I’m visiting and about the experiences right in front of me, I’m also picking up on how others around me are enjoying their day in the park, too. And what I’ve learned most about this intentional eavesdropping is that no one is disappointed in this park.

You don’t realize it yet, but I’m listening very closely

That’s right — I’ve heard it over and over again! While it might not be exactly worded that way, I’ve heard various versions that echo folks having their expectations for the park blown out of the water.

Toothless!

It’s a given that not everything’s always going to go right 100% of the time during your visit. Obviously, there are going to be disappointments when it comes to logistical issues and crowds when the park opens to the public come May 22nd and beyond, but from what we can tell, everyone who has experienced the park with their own senses loves it.

Another big topic of conversation also seems to center around the number of rides there are inside the park. If you stop to think about it, and truly want to compare it to its neighbor down the street at Disney World, Epic Universe has way more rides than Disney’s Animal Kingdom and about the same number as what you’ll find inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The big kicker here is that these are very established parks which have been open for decades at this point and still continue to draw in the crowds on any given day.

The fun doesn’t stop here, folks! We’ll be bringing you even  MORE Epic Universe as we usher in the park’s grand opening in just a few days! Stay tuned with us at AllEars to see it all.
