It’s been a big year for Universal!
Epic Universe has been at the forefront of our minds as the opening date for the brand-new park gets closer and closer, but now it seems like Universal Studios Hollywood is getting in on some of the fun, too! The LA-based theme park has a first-of-its-kind that we need to get our hands on ASAP.Â
In case you missed it, Universal Hollywood is hosting a brand new event called Universal Fan Fest Nights! This after-hours event will celebrate a variety of sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, and anime fandoms in one place every night of the event!
The event will celebrate fandoms like Star Trek, Back to the Future, Dungeons and Dragons, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Super Nintendo World, One Piece, and Jujutsu Kaisen. Now this event just got even better thanks to this first-of-its-kind The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Popcorn Bucket!
This popcorn bucket is inspired by the famous Time Turner that Hermione uses in The Prisoner of Azkaban! The gold detailing and time sand in the middle have us truly in love with this bucket and ready to add it to our collection.
The bucket will debut at Universal Fan Fest nights, which begin on April 25th, 2025. The event runs on April 25th-27th, May 2nd-4th, May 9th-11th, and May 16th-18th, with tickets being on sale now! Currently, we don’t know the price of the bucket or where you can purchase it at the event.
The popcorn bucket will also make its way to Universal Studios next month, May 2025. Although it wasn’t specified, we wonder if it will be a part of the opening day celebrations at Epic Universe! Universal’s newest theme park is opening on May 22nd, 2025, and we are on the edge of our seats with excitement.
We have been lucky enough to get a sneak peek at Epic before it opens, which you can read more about here. We can’t wait to get our hands on this new bucket at Universal Hollywood and explore the newest Harry Potter land when Epic opens at Universal Orlando.
