Despite what some of us may think, some people don’t want to go on vacation and run around a Disney World theme park!

Sometimes, that’s why people choose to relax on a Disney Cruise instead or head to a beach in Florida to sit out in the sun all day and listen to the peaceful ocean waves. If you’re looking for a more peaceful vacation but still want to be close to Disney World, there’s a new sleep retreat option that you may want to look into — and it starts SOON!
Conrad Orlando, a hotel located just minutes away from Disney World, is launching its Wellness Sleep Retreat 2025 in just over a month! A Kickoff Party for retreat attendees featuring wellness beverages and healthy bites to eat will be held on March 27th from 6-7 PM at the Conrad Water Garden at Conrad Orlando. The sleep retreat itself takes place from March 27th-30th, 2025.

So, what is a Wellness Sleep Retreat? Well, according to the hotel, it’s an “in-depth journey into the science and practice of restful and restorative sleep, with a focus on sleep while traveling in unfamiliar environments.” Getting proper sleep when you’re on vacation anywhere, but especially in Disney World, is extremely important, so we can see how beneficial this would be!

In attendance at the sleep retreat will be Dr. Rebecca Robbins, esteemed Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Associate Scientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, as well as co-author of Sleep for Success, and Brandon Price who is the President and CEO of Medicine Springs Inc. (a pioneering company that replicates and packages hot springs to bring therapeutic benefits into homes worldwide).

In addition to the Sleep Wellness Retreat, Conrad Orlando debuted Wellness Guest Rooms recently, which are equipped with the latest technologies to optimize personal wellbeing, travel rejuvenation, and restful sleep. You’re also only steps away from Conrad Spa’s Water Garden.

Purchasing a spot in this retreat includes:
- Hotel Guest Room (King or Two Queen)
- Welcome Reception & Kick Off Event
- Two Sleep Workshops with Dr. Rebecca Robbins
- Workshop with Brandon Price
- Daily Group Fitness Class
- One Group Sound Bath
- Welcome Wellness gift bag
- Two Breakfast Meals and Two Dinner meals included with cost of retreat
- Private Cabana for Retreat Guests
- Exclusive Spa Services for Retreat Guests
Rooms run about $599 PER NIGHT during this event, and to participate, there is a 3-night minimum stay requirement. It’s not cheap, but if it’s something you’re interested in, it’s certainly a unique opportunity!
