If you’re heading to Disney World soon and looking for some honest feedback about the restaurants, you might want to sit down for this one.

Disney World is known for its magical experiences, but according to feedback from you, not every part of the experience is sprinkled with pixie dust. Some restaurants, according to you, have seriously dropped the ball when it comes to food, service, and overall experience. We’ve rounded up some of the worst recent restaurant reviews we’ve received on AllEars, and let’s just say, you did not hold back.
D-Luxe Burger
D-Luxe Burger is one of Disney Springs’ quick-service spots, known for its gourmet burgers and house-made buns. While it’s supposed to be a premium fast-food experience, some of you feel it’s more overpriced than over-the-top delicious. For example, have a look at this review:

Well, it’s one thing to splurge at Disney World, but when you’re dropping nearly $50 on two burgers and drinks – with no fries or salad included – you expect them to be, at the very least, decent. According to our reader, that was not the case.

Cape May Cafe
Cape May Cafe used to be a fan-favorite buffet, especially for seafood lovers. However, it appears that since reopening post-COVID, the restaurant has made some significant changes that have left some of you quite disappointed.

As we said, Cape May Cafe has been a fan-favorite for seafood lovers. But with the disappearance of the unlimited crab legs, it seems like the magic has been lost for a number of you.

Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner
Liberty Tree Tavern is a sit-down restaurant in Magic Kingdom, known for its Thanksgiving-style family meals. While the concept sounds comforting, not all guests are impressed with the execution.

This review does not hold back. According to them, if you want a basic Thanksgiving meal at Disney prices with slow service, then this might be your spot. Otherwise, they feel skipping it altogether would be your best bet.

Roundup Rodeo BBQ Lunch/Dinner
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a relatively new dining experience in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it’s meant to feel like you’re eating in Andy’s backyard, but some of you think the overall experience falls pretty flat.

Disney has plenty of great BBQ spots, but according to this review, Roundup Rodeo BBQ is not one of them. With a lack of characters, a limited menu, and service that leaves much to be desired, this one might not be worth your time.

Turf Club Bar and Grill
Turf Club Bar and Grill, located at Saratoga Springs Resort, is designed to feel like a high-end country club dining experience. Unfortunately, some guests find that it doesn’t live up to that reputation.

If you’re staying at Saratoga Springs and considering Turf Club, you might want to rethink that decision. Based on this review, it’s far from the magical dining experience you might be looking for.

Hey Ya’all, Disney has always been to expensive overpriced for what you get. Has been ever since Walt had passed away. We all miss Walt.
We just ate at TRex in Disney springs and everything was great! Our waiter was tentative and very helpful. Lots of food for the price. I think Disney went to woke so I do not give them any more of my money. In Disney springs Disney just collects the rent money and the restaurants are independently owned. Disney parks hurt themselves with their woke agenda so they have to raise prices because they lost so many loyal customers.
My family and I LOVE Roundup Rodeo BBQ! The food is always excellent and the theming is great. Our servers have always been very good and friendly. Definitely our favorite of any in park dining except for maybe the Akershus princesses breakfast at Epcot. If they were to incorporate characters at RRBBQ (which would be VERY easy to do), it would definitely be a huge hit for Disney fans!
It is expensive, but D-Lux Burger is great.
Liberty tree tavern is a staple for us. Every trip, without fail. Skipping dessert there is one of the more foolish choices someone can make in life.
I would have to say that the Coral Reef restaurant at EPCOT has drastically declined. It used to be my favorite, but now it seems like I have to ‘settle’ to find anything there that I like anymore. They changed the lobster bisque recipe.
Just returned from Disney world. To say the food is lacking in taste is an understatement. It is just flat out bad . Cold food, nasty fries. Chicken as tough as jerky. Popcorn was expensive but good. Best place I ate was a BBQ PLACE across that music pavilion at EPCOT. Outside of the parks House of Blues and the 4 seasons restaurant were the best but you pay for it. Just nothing good to say about it. Stick with popcorn, Turkey leg, and fruit pop.
Disney was making some great progress in upping their park food game pre COVID. Now there is nothing there to get excited about and it’s so expensive. We’ve begun packing sandwiches for lunches. The food has been so bad it doesn’t come close to justifying something even half the price.
Regal Eagle Smokehouse does have really good BBQ. Art Smith’s Homecoming is still my favorite Disney restaurant. As for in the parks, when talking just about food and not character experiences or unique dining like the rotating restaurant Garden Grill, there’s nothing that I’d say is a great restaurant. There are some really good dishes here and there but nothing that’s a top end restaurant.
