The homes are part of the Golden Oak community’s latest neighborhood expansion. According to Golden Oak, the new area, dubbed Florian Park, is “proposed to feature nine attached boutique homes and 31 luxe residences in a single, elevated residential address.”

Dubbed luxe residences, the “hotel-inspired” dwellings will have a French Moderne design sensibility, and are said to give a sense of “elevated lifestyle enhanced by Four Seasons luxury” including amenities that will “ignite the belief that dreams do come true.”

In addition, the homes will provide residents access to the Four Seasons Resort, and a full-time Residential Services team who will provide “services tailored for the way residents like to live” on a personal level, akin to the type of attention found at a traditional Four Seasons.

In addition to the new neighborhood, Golden Oak — which saw its first homes open in 2011 — features other areas including Kimball Trace (named for legendary Disney animator Ward Kimball), Silverbrook (named in reference to the Silver Lake location of the Disney brothers’ first studio), Carolwood (named after Walt Disney’s private backyard railroad), Marceline (named after Walt’s brief childhood home, Marceline, Missouri), Kingswell (named after another important Los Angeles street in Disney history), and Symphony Grove (named for the groundbreaking Silly Symphonies series of animated shorts). The residential area, whose homes range in value from the low millions to approximately $20 million, is located approximately four miles from the Walt Disney World Resort.
