If you are a frequent Disney World visitor, it might make sense to purchase an Annual Pass!

Obviously, the biggest reason to buy one is the be able to visit the parks whenever you want (besides the blockout dates), but did you know it comes with so many more perks? However, we have to warn you that one of the newest (and best) perks for Disney World Annual Passholders is quietly disappearing…
Let’s hop in the time machine for a second. Park Pass Reservations became a thing in Disney World once the parks reopened from the COVID-19-related closures in 2020. Although they are no longer required for most parkgoers, Annual Passholders still had to make them for every day they wanted to visit — that was until January 2024!

That’s when Disney introduced a new perk called “Good-to-Go” days! Essentially, when dates on the Annual Passholder Park Pass calendar have circles around them, that means Passholders do NOT have to make a reservation. This was a welcome perk for many Passholders as it allows for some more spontaneity for visits to Disney World. Many are locals so being able to pop into a park whenever without having to worry about it is a huge bonus!

So, what’s the issue? Well, if you take a look at the calendar through the rest of the year, you’ll notice there are NO “Good-to-Go” days right now. Disney hasn’t officially announced that they are stopping the “Good-to-Go” days perk, so hey, what gives?

This is one of the busiest times of year for the parks so Disney may be holding off on adding more non-Park Pass days to avoid overcrowding. There isn’t necessarily rhyme or reason for when and how many of these days Disney adds. We’ve seen them release days or weeks at a time, but it feels pretty random.

Based on this, it’s unlikely we’ll see any pop up through November and December, but it’s not impossible. Be warned — we’re already seeing Park Passes for holidays like Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve fill up for Passholders. Grab those reservations while you can!

We’re hoping to see this perk return, especially once the new year hits. You know we’ll keep you updated, so stay tuned to AllEars!

Are you a Disney World Annual Passholder? Why or why not? Let us know in the comments.
There are 2 good to go days next week?
A couple of things learned from this story:
(1) Disney cares about it’s pass holders..LOL!
(2) Busiest time of the year…lately, that means that the parks are only half empty.
(3) Raise prices and take away perks. The new Disney way!
The price just keeps going up and we get nothing extra for it and we only get a ten dollar discount for the Halloween and Christmas parties which is ridiculous.
If I go more than 8 days a year theni get the pass I have bought a pass for years even though I don’t go a lot at times I think should I
If I live in Florida it would be a great deal but for now I looking at getting a pass
I am currently a passholder, but I am going to have to cancel now that they changed the disability pass to Autism and on the spectrum only. For people with Lupus, RA, Fibromyalgia, etc it can be an impossible task to do what they are now recommending. It seems Disney goes out of their way for inclusion, but basically looks the other way for us. They tell you you can BUY lightning passes, but guess what… not only should I not have to spend more money because of my disabilities, but they sell out!!!! So the last time my husband rented a wheelchair and pushed me, even though he has shoulder and knee issues, and we maybe rode 1-2 rides as by the time we were through the line, my body had had enough. So many of the changes are ridiculous and not for the good of the customer.
Not even for autism! Our daughter has autism but because she does not go crazy in lines but just gets very quiet end starts crying, she did not get DAS
Not really a lot of perks with a Disney pass.
