JUST ANNOUNCED: PRICING Revealed for Disney World’s NEW Skip-the-Line Pass

We’re used to big changes from Disney World and now the theme park giant has added another sudden update to your vacation plans.

EPCOT

After revealing Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass earlier this year, there will soon be another skip-the-line option.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass is rolling out starting on October 30th, 2024, and it will allow parkgoers to enter ANY of the Lightning Lanes available in the park one time.

Because this pass will allow you into every Lightning Lane in a given park, the prices reflect that. It will run you anywhere between $129 to $449 per person depending on the park and day. Here’s a breakdown of the price per park:

Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion

When you purchase Lightning Lane Premier Pass, you will only be able to use it for that one park. This is different than Lightning Lane Multi Pass which allows you to make Lightning Lane selections at any of the four parks with one purchase.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

When the new pass begins rolling out on October 30th, it will only be available to those staying at Disney Deluxe hotels, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select hotels. Take a look at the full list to see if you are eligible.

  1. Disney really, really wants to eliminate middle class people from going to the parks. If they do still plan and scrap enough to go Disney they will be severely at a disadvantage to the very wealthy. NCAA ruined college sports the same way by using the same type of model. Not nice Disney, not nice at all.

  2. There is absolutely no shame left. It is a straight up gouging, but the worst of it is you can only use it once per lightning lane ride. This is unlike other theme parks who have the all you can ride and on those you really go to the front of the line and not the trickery of just getting into a shorter line though sometimes it is not too much shorter.

I am all about making money of customers who are willing to pay, but at least make it an all you can eat effort and let anyone buy it. If someone is staying off-site or at All-Star and they want to buy one let them. There is no advantage to keeping it locked into the deluxe resorts.

    1. I am so disappointed that Disney is not magical anymore! Gone are the days that I can take friends children and relatives to Disneyworld! I am so glad we have our memories!
