We’ve ridden some absolutely wild theme park rides over the years.

From impressive coasters to immersive experiences, we’ve seen quite a few state-of-the-art attractions in Central Florida. However, if you’re hoping to hop on 2025’s wildest-looking coaster, you’ll have to travel outside of Orlando.

Coming to Cedar Point in 2025 is a new coaster called Siren’s Curse. It will be the tallest, longest, and fastest tilt coaster in North America. The ride has a height of 160ft and a top speed of 58 miles per hour. It’s a two-minute-long thrilling ride, but the most nerve-wracking part is the big drop.

Siren’s Curse is a “tilt coaster,” which means you’ll be briefly suspended in the air on a disconnected section of track as it tilts 90 degrees to connect with the drop below. You’ll then plummet down a steep drop. Check it out in the ride video!

The ride features an over-the-shoulder lap bar with flexible vest restraint. The vehicles have on-board audio so you can hear the call of the siren as you escape her grasp. The LED lighting on the exterior of each car mimics the movement of the mysterious mythical creature.

This one definitely caused some division among our team here at AllEars — most of us are pretty stressed out by the ride-through, but some are already planning their trips.

So thrill seekers out there — you may want to add this one to your must-do list for 2025! A specific opening date has not been released, so stay tuned to Cedar Point for more news.
