Just like all the Disney parks around the world, Disneyland Resort is hiding some secrets that many people have no idea about!

Some of these secrets about the history of the park are passed down from the Walt Disney Company historians, and others are things in the park that you may not notice unless you look really close (or happen to be behind the scenes). We had the chance to hang out with some pretty amazing Disney friends recently, and part of our experience was getting a TOUR of Sleeping Beauty Castle!
We headed over to Disneyland recently to celebrate all things Disney Princesses, and it was SO much fun! We started the first day off by getting a look at some of the amazing Disney Princess merchandise you can grab online and in stores currently.

Not only did we see tons of different LEGO sets themed to our favorite Princesses, but we also saw different dolls…

…including these STUNNING Disney Collector Dolls!

We also spotted this massive Rapunzel doll — what Rapunzel-loving kiddo wouldn’t love this?

We got a look at all the different playsets currently on the market! They range in sizes — some of them are on the smaller side…

…while others are the ultimate giant castle playset!

Of course, we can’t forget about all the Disney Princess outfits!

Kiddos can dress up as almost any Disney Princess they can imagine with these dresses on the market.

But adults and bigger kids can even get in on the fun, too!

And, of course, we can’t forget about our beloved Loungeflys and Funko POPs!

We even got the chance to see some Disney Princesses, as well as some of the ladies who have voiced them over the years! We got to see Jodi Benson (Ariel), Paige O’Hara (Belle), Linda Larkin (Jasmine), and Anika Noni Rose (Tiana). Talk about a MAJOR celebrity sighting!

But the next day, we were in for even more of a treat — we got to take a private tour of Sleeping Beauty Castle! Did you know that there’s an attraction in here? A lot of guests don’t!

Inside Sleeping Beauty Castle, you’ll find the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough, where you’ll explore winding passageways to see the story of Princess Aurora told through dioramas.

But these aren’t just any dioramas — they’re 3D and are complete with sound and special effects!

It’s a fantastic experience, especially for those who love this classic story.

We highly encourage you to check out this attraction the next time you visit! It’s typically open all day, except it may close during the fireworks each night, and you’ll enter on the west side of the building in Fantasyland. You’ll see a large storybook open to a page that announces Princess Aurora’s birth, and that’s how you’ll know you’re in the right place!

Be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disneyland news!
August 19th will be a HUGE day in Disneyland — here’s why!
