Both Disney World and Disneyland are working to create Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the new attraction replacing Splash Mountain and opening later in 2024.

We know that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom is a little further along since it closed earlier than its Disneyland counterpart and is opening this summer, but we’ve got an exciting update happening on the West Coast we just have to share!

When we walked by Tiana’s Bayou Adventure today in Disneyland, we noticed some small, blooming details. All the flowers are starting to be added on top of the drop!

Can you see them?

They are a little hard to see under all the scaffolding, but we promise, they’re there!

There they are!

For reference of what it’ll look like once flowers totally cover the top, we can take a look at what the ride looks like in Magic Kingdom currently.

We can’t wait to see more of the greenery being added to the Disneyland version — we love seeing all the foliage on the Magic Kingdom ride when we walk by. While the Magic Kingdom version of this ride is opening soon (Summer 2024), Disneyland’s Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will be opening later this year!
