The New Way You Can Be IN a Disney Parade!

There are quite a few events coming up soon for the Disney parks!

In Disney World, we’re gearing up for the Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT, as well as the Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Over in Disneyland Resort, it’s time to start preparing for the season of Disneyland After Dark events…including the very popular Star Wars Nite!

In 2024, Star Wars Nite is returning to Disneyland Park on April 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, and 30th, as well as May 2nd, 7th and 9th. This hard-ticketed event kicks off after the park closes for the day, and is filled with plenty of offerings for Star Wars fanatics, from food to characters to entertainment.

But this year, something NEW is coming to Star Wars Nite! This year, visitors in Star Wars costumes are invited to participate in a special cavalcade. You’ll join Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in a march down Main Street, U.S.A., culminating in a group photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, which will be “illuminated with galactic projections.”

Note that all costumes will need to adhere to Disney’s costume guidelines and can not be obstructive or offensive.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who’ve got Star Wars costumes they’re just itching to use! Tickets go on sale for Star Wars Nite on Friday, February 23rd, with pre-sale options for Magic Key holders on February 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

With your ticket, you can enter Disneyland at 6PM, although the event doesn’t officially start until 9PM.
