Disney Announces NEW Nighttime Spectacular Debuting Later This Year!

Disney World and Disneyland are home to some incredible attractions, food, and souvenirs…but if you live in the U.S., you may want to venture abroad!

The international Disney parks have their own unique flare and let’s face it, sometimes we’re jealous of what they get (we’re looking at you, Groot popcorn bucket!). We’re getting that feeling again seeing Disney’s newest announcement!

Disney just announced that a new nighttime spectacular is coming to Tokyo Disney Resort on September 20th, 2024! It doesn’t seem to have a name just yet, but it will be an all-new castle projection show. Here’s a look at the concept art released by Disney:

Disney will use projection mapping technology, lightning, pyrotechnics, and special effects to bring Cinderella Castle to life. Like other nighttime shows, it will feature popular Disney music and characters! Based on the art, it looks like we’ll see Woody and Buzz Lightyear, Baymax, Mary Poppins, WALL-E and Eve, and Tinker Bell, of course.

One of the most exciting parts is that Marvel characters will be making their first appearance in entertainment at Tokyo Disney. Not only is it a new show, but it’ll be making history!
